Booking & Cancellation Policy

All lessons must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the lesson will be charged in full.

Missed lessons (no-shows) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling is only available if requested within the allowed notice period.

If a lesson is missed due to technical issues on the student’s side, the lesson will still be considered used.

By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.

Payment confirms your booking and secures your time slot.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled or reassigned.
